Panorama Eka’s is a warm and fuzzy experience not just accommodation. We came for the kitesurfing at Kalienta Beach which was magic. We loved the snorkelling trip to pink beach. The lobster fresh to our plate. We are very beginner surfers and the surf was magnificent although a little big for us the day we went. Stunning areas to see and play in. I love how passionate Max and Noy are about their local piece of paradise. The staff at Panorama are indeed a family and we felt part of their family too. When we we arrived back or left each day we were warmly greeted and given a friendly send off. Each of the staff are fantastic in their own ways. Sam greeted us with a big smile and helped us with our bags. Rosa and Nardia welcomed us at checkin answering all of our questions about the local area and a providing a delicious drink. Sopia is doing a fanatic job cooking and Sarina and Siri always helped with anything we needed. Tok took us to the waves and we were driven safely to and from our ferry by Sayuti who taught us many local words. Aunty Tina was also lovely. And then, there is Max and Noy. They were fabulous hosts! The effervescent and cheeky Max and the gorgeous, singing sensation and Mumma Bear Noy. This couple have made a delightful sanctuary in Ekas and are proud of their area. They are kind, thoughtful and easy going and staying with their little family was a highlight of our trip to Indonesia. Every person is a special part of Panorama Eka’s and we are so grateful for all of you for treating us so nicely and with smiles and warmth. The accommodation is cute and comfortable. The pool is magnificent and the atmosphere is warm, radiant and so welcoming. We loved playing with the resident pups Toby and Spaghetti too. The food was great value and delicious. Drinks, laughter flowed freely and we left having made new friends. That is what travelling is all about.

Panorama Ekas is a beautiful sanctuary, in a very quiet part of Lombok, (no shopping, no hawkers, no cafes - few local warungs) that is here to guide you through a slowing down of self. It is place of calm, of bliss with a deep connection to the ocean; run by husband and wife duo that are genuine and phenomenal humans and ensure all their staff represent them with pride and kindness. If you're into boat trips to surf a few amazing world renowed breaks, snorkelling with gorgeous tropical fish, fresh seafood, living a gorgeous chill lifestyle of beautifully fresh made in house food with local ingredients (Italian and Indo specialities- the pasta dishes make you think of Italy and the spice of the local dishes reminds you where you are), surrounded by friendly and warm staff, coconut trees, beautiful views, stunning sunsets, music, sounds of boats and locals, warm salty air, fabulous pool and resort dogs that are beautiful in nature and kind to new visitors- then this is your place. You are greeted warmly every time you enter and leave. You are welcomed with open arms to enjoy this slow paced, warm and loving lifestyle. The rooms were built to be comfortable and connect to the space they are in, rad little beach shacks with modern amenities (hot showers, toilets, air cons, wifi, balconies to enjoy the sunset/ocean/pool) but Panorama wants you to enjoy everything outside that so much more. Allowing the owners/staff the opportunity to treat you to whatever your heart desires by communicating with them (giving them notice of what you would like to do- this is island life, all great things come with patience and kindess), you will have yourself a bounty of ocean inspired activities, delicious food, amazing conversation with people who want you to learn about Lombok, about Ekas and the Indonesian people.

The couple owners are great hosts and they have the most sincerity and warmth to let the guests enjoy the beauty of Panorama Ekas in their own space and to the max. Given the strategic location facing direct the Awang Bay seaview in front, it is a sunset paradise when the sun goes down. I love the feeling that I can see the seemingly infinite beach and ocean soon as I walk out from the hotel room. Do not miss any chance to bask in the dinner at the spacious lobby as Noy's singing is the highlight of the night. Also, do not miss the opportunity for the snorkelling and island hopping arranged by Panorama Ekas. Noy and the captain sure knows well the isolated islands with stunning pinky sands and crystal clear turqoise seawater. My first ever snorkelling experience happened here and I would not have done this without the great guidance by captain Awal and Noy. Thankful for the stay with Panorama Ekas, blessed days and memories!

Panorama Ekas is a place absolutelly to recommend; we even extended our stay for some days more as we found this place so lovely and familiar. The owner and all the staff are very friendly and they always tried to satisfy all our wishes and needs. Our kids just loved the swimming pool, we played a lot of pool biliard, everyday the boat brought us to the surfing spots. They organised for us a snorkeling tour near Pink beach and also the speedboat taxi for moving to our following destination. I also loved the water fontain in the bathroom...

A place more than perfect! We stayed for 5 nights there and it was difficult to leave. Noi, Max and their lovely team were amazing, they were really helpfull, they gave us all the good addresses and things to do around with locals, and they also know a lot of the history of the village. Food was really good, even if not everything on the menu is available all the time, is part of a travel in Indonesia and means everything is fresh! Pool is huge, rooms are clean and very nice. We will definitely come back one day, thank you for having us!!
